Refund policy

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, please notify me within 2 weeks of receiving your item and we can chat about how to proceed. Apparel must be unwashed and unworn for a return. 

Please note you will responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.

Refunds

After receiving your return, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. 

Exchanges

For apparel, exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size. Exchanges for different items are currently not possible within the MBPS storefront. 

To begin an exchange, you can contact me at mbloom.print@gmail.com and we will begin the process!

Damages 

Inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged in any way so that I can make it right!

Please note that all block prints are unique, and often only made in limited quantities. If an original print is damaged, there is not a guarantee that it can be replaced. If this is the case, I am happy to work out a refund with you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

I cannot accept returns on gift cards.
